Financial Assistance Policy
At Integrative Mind, we believe that finances should never stand in the way of receiving effective mental health care. If insurance coverage is not available or high deductibles pose a barrier, we can still support you. We offer flexible payment plans and financial assistant options. Our Financial Assistance Policy is designed to help eligible patients access Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment, even when insurance coverage is not available. We are committed to ensuring our process is fair, transparent, and compliant with all applicable laws and ethical standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a current or prospective patient eligible for TMS therapy.
- Must demonstrate financial need based on household income and personal financial circumstances.
- Must complete and submit a Financial Assistance Application with supporting documentation (e.g., recent tax return, pay stubs).
- Must not be receiving similar financial support from another provider.
- Financial assistance is available regardless of insurance status and does not influence medical decision-making.
Application Process

2. Submit the completed application with supporting documents.
3. The Financial Assistance Review Committee will evaluate the application within 3 business days.
4. Applicants will be notified of the outcome in writing.
5. All documentation will be handled confidentially and stored securely.
Types of Financial Assistance
Depending on financial need and clinical eligibility, patients may qualify for one of the following options:
- Sliding Scale Discount: Reduced cost based on income and household size.
- Interest-Free Payment Plan: Extended payments over up to 12 months.
- Combined Support: A partial discount with a monthly payment plan.
Compliance & Ethical Guidelines
This program is designed and administered in compliance with federal laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), and New York State regulations. Financial assistance is not intended to influence patient referrals or service utilization. Assistance is granted solely based on documented financial need. The policy is applied consistently across all patients regardless of insurance provider or network status.
