Chelsea (she/her) is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from NYU with over 13 years of diverse nursing experience. Her nursing career gave her the opportunity to work closely with the human body and assist in healing. Now, through her recent studies in psychiatry, she is able to connect that foundation scientifically, strengthening her integrative approach to treating both mind and body. Her unique background in oncology, neurology, and holistic nursing informs her compassionate and integrative approach to care.

She has extensive experience working with adults, with particular expertise in anxiety, depression, OCD, women’s mental health, and treatment-resistant conditions. Chelsea is trained as a TMS evaluator, performing clinical assessments, motor threshold mappings, and treatment sessions with full training on TMS devices for depression, OCD, and smoking cessation.

Her therapeutic style integrates evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT with holistic practices including yoga, Reiki, somatic work, Ayurveda, and lifestyle medicine. This comprehensive approach allows her to address the whole person and help patients build resilience, balance, and healing.
